What will you create?

You’ll help Australian businesses, not-for-profits and governments create value and improve the way they work. From digitising healthcare, to creating smarter cities and igniting our start-up industry, together we build trust in society and solve important problems.

Assurance brings this to life by helping clients further enhance financial performance and operations and gain an understanding of the commercial issues facing their business, alongside the delivery of a range of Assurance services.

As a Strategy & Markets Manager in our Assurance Markets team your impact will be seen by:

  • Driving the Assurance strategy, including strategic and tactical growth campaigns through our Assurance channels
  • Facilitating and managing the end to end proposal life cycle, working closely with pursuit response teams and other resources as necessary, developing and managing project plans and keeping teams focussed to meet key milestones
  • Ensuring alignment of our market activity to the Assurance and firm business strategy along with supporting key stakeholders in the build of future pipeline and optimisation of key growth areas,
  • Driving new ways of working in pursuit delivery, including automation and alternative delivery models throughout an opportunity life cycle

About You

You have a background in business growth and development and are skilled in providing value and output to all stakeholders across the business. You are willing to learn about the breadth of our Assurance offerings and are agile and flexible to respond to business and market needs as and when they arise. You have strong communication skills and can manage multiple projects concurrently to achieve high quality outcomes.

Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Assurance team solve complex business issues, improve how systems work and provide confidence on the bigger decisions.

You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment.
