About the Role

As a Senior Client Development Coordinator, you will have an integral role in supporting AGS's client relationship and business management. This will include:

  • Providing marketing and administrative support on client service programs and projects, including events
  • Assisting in the development of tenders and quotes, ensuring compliance with requirements, drafting text, identifying and finalising CVs for inclusion, and liaising with relevant lawyers
  • Providing business development and marketing support to AGS practice groups
  • Providing administrative support for smaller clients to ensure compliance with the relevant client agreement, including pricing and billing arrangements, reporting obligations and any other key performance indicators
  • Assisting in gathering client information from a range of sources to compile and update client information, databases and websites.

The position is located within the AGS Client Services team based in Canberra. The successful candidate must have excellent communication/writing skills and attention to detail. A background in marketing, communications or contract management is desirable but not essential.
