Ampersand International is partnering with a prestigious national law firm, who are looking to appoint a talented Bid & Pursuit Executive to join its high-performing and well-established Business Development function.
Reporting into one of Australia’s most highly respected Director of Business Development, this position will be integral to the management of the end-to-end bid process, helping to build upon the firm’s already impressive win rates. You will be accountable for reviewing and managing bid opportunities and will work closely with Client Relationship Partners to identify key messaging and win themes, research the commerciality of bid opportunities and support with the copywriting of non-technical components and the development of pitch collateral – which includes formatting, editing and proof-reading documents.
As well as carrying out the above responsibilities, you will need to be proactive in preparing and coaching Partners and Senior Associates ahead of client-facing presentations as well as carry out pre-bid interviews and post-bid debriefs with clients. Demonstrable experience prioritising and managing workloads, working quickly, efficiently and accurately in a deadline-driven professional services environment is mandatory for this position.
