Ampersand are partnering with a Sydney law firm who have experienced significant growth and continue to deliver an outstanding experience, to secure an outstanding Business Development and Marketing Manager.
Reporting directly to the COO, the position has accountability to work very closely with the partnership and leadership peers to implement and execute an integrated business development and marketing strategy.
Our client views the function as a critical business enabler to drive further success and so it's important that you have an absolute client focus and a commercial approach to optimise BD & Marketing. You will be accountable for driving ROI/revenue growth and should be comfortable articulating and demonstrating the value of BD and Marketing throughout the firm.
Key to your success will be demonstrated success in developing and implementing BD tools and processes such as client listening & feedback, effective CRM usage; account planning; partner coaching, bids & tenders and the delivery of strategic marketing and communication campaigns to drive business from existing and new to firm clients.
The successful applicant will have worked in a BD& Marketing capacity within a legal and/or accounting firm. You will be an exemplary stakeholder manager possessing demonstrated qualities of gravitas, collaboration, patience, tenacity and above all, not afraid to roll up your sleeves.
