Business Development Consultant

Working in a key practice group and as part of a highly respected team, this global law firm are looking to take on a diligent and hardworking Business Development Consultant who wants to play a crucial role in raising the profile of the firm across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the execution of client-facing corporate pitch materials and client presentations, including compiling targeted, relevant experience as it relates to the client’s or prospect’s industry.
  • Help with the development, updates and accuracy of marketing collateral including practice descriptions, brochures, PowerPoint templates, contract lists, and senior stakeholder biographies.
  • Support senior practice development staff by proofreading, fine-tuning edits, formats and designs.
  • Update client data in the firm’s marketing contact relationship management (CRM) database.
  • Assist with various other initiatives that intersect with other functional areas within the business development context.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Exposure to coordinating Bids, Proposals or Pursuit documentation
  • A can do, and flexible attitude, nothing is too much trouble
  • Able to upwardly manage senior stakeholders
  • Professional Services background 3- 5 years
