Ampersand have partnered with a professional services firm, known for its sophisticated, business development and relationship management function. An opportunity to drive the growth strategy across a range of key clients, has arisen in either their Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane offices.
The fundamental responsibility of the Client Growth Manager is to work with relevant partners in developing and implementing robust account plans for the key clients. In this regard, the following are seen as underpinning responsibilities:
To apply, you will present with tertiary qualifications and knowledge and expertise in a professional services account or relationship management position – ideally gained within the legal or accounting sectors.
You will have knowledge of customer relationship management principles and practices in a service delivery environment and have demonstrated experience in building strategic relationships, managing clients and pursuing new business.
