They are currently looking to appoint an experienced Marketing Manager to help execute and implement its Australasian strategy, ideally with experience in the built environment and passion for its critical role in shaping communities and creating a more sustainable future.
This high-profile position reports into the leadership team and is a relationship driven role for a collaborative professional who can develop programmes to increase the firm’s brand profile, support new market entry strategies and business generation across Australasia.
While the role will function as a business partner for the consulting, cities, healthcare and education areas within the business, an ability taking a client led and whole of firm approach to market will be critical to success in this role. The successful applicant will have had at least 7 years’ experience in a strategic marketing capacity within a services-based industry and be an exemplary stakeholder manager, possessing demonstrated qualities of gravitas, collaboration, patience, tenacity and persistence, along with creativity and a willingness to be hands on will be key to your success in this role.
You will have a commercial approach to Marketing to drive ROI/revenue growth and be comfortable articulating and demonstrating the value of Marketing throughout the firm, so that it's viewed as a critical function rather than "nice to have" support.
This firm has developed a very strong culture - one that is friendly, down to earth and cohesive and where people are respectful of, and open to, new ideas and initiatives. As an employer they understand work life balance and support flexibility and part time hours. For more information or for a confidential career discussion, please contact Will Dunn, Ampersand International on email@example.com or 0457 885 505.
