What will you be doing?
In response to the growing needs of our proposals team, we have been recruiting for a variety of roles to support our high performing business and to bolster our team for other exciting opportunities in the NSW market. In joining us, you would be working in a centralized bid team with a company that continues to set the standard in delivering exceptional elements of proposal development for strategic opportunities.

Capture / Pursuit Lead - the perfect role for someone who enjoys pre-positioning activities (although not client-facing) and leading pursuit strategy sessions. You will work with pursuit and proposal teams to develop and implement pursuit action plans, facilitate competitor analyses and win theme workshops; and write and manage selections of the proposals. You will collaborate with teams to develop innovative solutions, or leverage networks to identify existing capabilities to be able to respond to client challenges and create distinctive competitive advantages. The ideal candidate will possess prior pursuit, capture, proposal, consulting or business development experience.
Who are we looking for?

You pride yourself on your stakeholder management skills; being able to foster positive working relationships and you listen so that you really get to know what our business is about. You will come with us with a proven track record of bid/tender experience working within a management consulting firm and be familiar with major infrastructure projects. You will also demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, effective internal and external stakeholder management skills and be able to influence and negotiate outcomes when needed.
Working with exceptional attention to detail, you will have proven ability to lead a tender process within tight timeframes, and excellent verbal and written communication skills, comfortable in influencing and in relationship building skills, both internally and externally. Furthermore, advanced experience in Microsoft Office suite of programs and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite will be essential.
