This exciting new role helps support a growing national Business Development function with a key focus to support the national monitoring and management of our tenders and panels. We’re looking for someone vibrant, energetic and tenacious with a few years’ experience who is keen to be part of a growing and fast paced bid environment.

Role accountabilities

Tenderlink/Panels
  • National monitoring and management of all tender sites and other tender portals, including administration rights.
  • Facilitating confidentiality documents or other registration documentation to access tender documentation.
  • With guidance from BD Leaders, facilitate and monitor the Prospect Registration and Shall We Submit (SWS) process, liaising with internal key stakeholders, tracking and updating the status in various systems.
  • Regular updating of panel information on online portals to represent our latest and greatest capabilities.
  • Track status of panels ensuring transparency of the latest information to all key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and produce panel submissions – with guidance from BD Leaders.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Work with our National CRM administrator to maintain up-to-date client and BD data in our CRM system (Deltek Vision).
  • Provide back up support to National CRM administrator including reporting.
  • Support future CRM project as it develops.
Ad-hoc team admin
  • Schedule proposal kick off meetings to fast-track bid mobilisation.
  • Support team administration including setting up, administering team meetings and workshops (minimal).
  • Support the proposal and client feedback process coordinating meetings and capturing key outputs.
  • Support National BD Manager and BD Leaders with ad-hoc BD presentations & reporting.

  • Public sector procurement / panel knowledge (desirable)
  • Highly flexible and collaborative with great people skills.
  • Technical confidence with experience in:
    • Microsoft suite – particularly excel, plus powerpoint & word
    • Microsoft sharepoint
    • Adobe Creative Suite including In-Design (basic + willingness to learn)
    • Understanding/interest in CRM systems and data/reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Previous experience working in professional services or similar industries (desirable).
