The Role

We seek to appoint a highly-organised Marketing and Communications Coordinator, ideally with 3-4 years’ experience in a similar role, to join our Marketing and Business Development team in Melbourne. This role is primarily responsible for managing the legal directory and submissions process, publishing content on the firm’s website and social media channels, managing the team’s CRM database and supporting other firm-wide marketing initiatives. The role reports into a Marketing and Business Development Manager and involves working closely with the entire team, who cover all areas of marketing, business development, communications and events.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the submissions process to core legal directories.
  • Drafting, editing and publishing content for the firm’s website and social media channels.
  • Creating and sending out email marketing campaigns.
  • Maintaining the firm’s matter description database.
  • Maintaining the team’s CRM database, including updating contact records and lists.
  • Assisting with events as required.

You

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Experience within a law firm environment.
  • Degree qualification in Marketing, Communications, Journalism and/or Business.
  • Legal directory submission experience.
  • Social media management experience.
  • Professional writing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
