Arup’s Vic/SA Buildings Group is looking for a detail-oriented submissions / bid coordinator to join our dynamic and market leading team with strong interpersonal skills to support the development and delivery of bids and tender submissions, capability documents, and marketing material.
The right candidate will require the ability to manage workloads and work flexibly, under pressure and to multiple tight deadlines, while maintaining strong attention to detail. They will also have exceptional editing and writing skills to be able to author, edit and tailor bid content as required, as well as an eye for layout in order to produce high quality proposal documents.
About the role:
In addition to coordinating bids, the role involves the development and ongoing maintenance of the bid library, and supporting the Buildings Vic/SA Business Development Consultant and wider Buildings Group with business development activity, internal communications, and events.
The role works predominantly in InDesign and working knowledge would be beneficial, however on the job training would be provided for the right candidate.
