Here is an exciting opportunity to join the AGS Client Services team.
Our cohesive and dynamic team plays an integral role in the delivery of AGS’s market development and client service strategy. It is also responsible for the delivery of a number of transformative corporate projects.
As a Client Development Manager (CDM), you will work with the National Manager Client Services and Client Service Managers to:
- Develop and implement effective client relationship and business development strategies including communicating and liaising with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to identify and pursue innovative ways to streamline AGS services and processes.
- Support practice groups with the delivery of market development initiatives.
- Project manage bid responses.
- Manage legal service agreements, including working with others in AGS to coordinate the delivery of value-add services and reporting to clients.
- Manage or contribute to corporate projects and whole-of-organisation initiatives.
- Actively contribute to the coaching of junior team members, including the appropriate distribution of workflow.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication/writing skills and attention to detail with professional qualifications and experience in marketing/communications.

Remuneration
This is a full-time position and will be offered on an ongoing or non-ongoing (12 month term contract). Salary will be negotiated with the successful applicant within the AGS Legal Practice Support, Executive Level 1 range, depending on skills and experience.
The successful applicant will be covered by the Attorney-General’s Department Enterprise Agreement 2016.
