As part of the Clients & Markets team, you will play a hands-on role in contributing to the firm's success and helping to achieve its objectives.
Working with business leaders, you will be executing business development activities in a way that is aligned with the firm’s go to market strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Clients & Markets, you will be meaningfully contributing to the identification of opportunities, development of client strategy and provide marketing advice as well as project management, industry specialisation go-to market strategies, research and CRM support and supporting partners in executing their personal and team business growth plans.
Part of the role will also include assisting the Head of Clients and Markets and the Melbourne Managing Partner in reporting on growth initiatives and local strategy more broadly, to the wider partner group.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience required
The successful candidate will be tertiary qualified in marketing or a related discipline and have 5+ years’ BD experience. You will be pro-active, have strong attention to detail and be able to build meaningful relationships with business leaders. Essential to the success of this role is your demonstrated CRM skills coupled with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
