As part of the wider Shared Services team, The Clients and Markets team are responsible for supporting co-ordinated business development and marketing activity. We are a results-driven focused team supportive of a flexible working environment.

Current Opportunity

The purpose of this role is to work with key Partners and industry leaders, as well as the members of the Clients and Markets team, to develop and execute communication strategies - primarily for external marketing campaigns - to promote the brand and our position in our chosen market.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Act as a Business Partner for relevant Industry Focus Groups and Service Lines, to develop and execute internal and external integrated communication strategies to support business goals
  • Prepare high-quality visual and written content for marketing collateral, articles, case studies, speaking notes, thought leadership reports, social media, video, infographics, webinars, newsletters, presentations, website and other communication forms
  • Collaborate with local, state and national teams to execute a wide range of (mostly digital) communication tactics through owned, earned and paid, multi-channel approaches, including: content marketing, social media, email marketing, influencer marketing, partner profile building, and marketing collateral in support communication objectives
  • Assist and give communication advice for other functions of the Clients and Markets team – such as Events and Partnerships and Business Development – in the support of their business goals
  • Working closely with senior partners, directors, and the Clients and Markets team to identify marketing and communication priorities - giving assistance and best communication practice advice to other team members, and senior leaders.
  • Measure the effectiveness of campaigns through analytics and reporting. Draw insights from a range of data sources to suggest recommendations and strategies for further opportunities

Skills / Attributes Required

  • A self-starter that is organised, analytical and well-structured with their approach to projects and initiatives
  • Ability to work to an agile work-flow
  • Strong stakeholder management - patience, tenacity and confidence to work well with a diverse range of stakeholders internally and externally – ability to give advice to senior leaders based on your communication skills and expertise, as well as communicate effectively on project status and outcomes
  • A positive, results oriented approach with strong planning, execution and coordination skills
  • Well-developed research, literacy and analytical skills and the ability to succinctly distil and present key research findings in a manner that is understood.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience in a similar role with a business-to-business service organisation or professional services firm
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Strong written skills for multiple marketing communication channels (including content, collateral, social media, traditional media)
  • Well-honed organisation and project management skills.
  • Experience in a similar role within professional services would be highly regarded
  • The ability to develop rapport at all levels of the organisation
  • Desirable experience: Adobe Suite (Indesign, Photoshop and Premier Pro); Google Analytics
