Current Opportunity

BDO’s National Clients & Markets team is seeking an experienced communications professional on a full-time contract. Reporting to the National Head of Clients and Markets, you will assist our business with strategic priorities across the network to develop and deliver engaging external and internal communications campaigns.

This role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic marketing communicator with strong writing and coordination skills, in a fast-paced environment working with stakeholders across the country.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Development of communication assets for external and internal campaigns
  • Day to day coordination of external content writing agency
  • Project coordination of key national project and campaigns
  • Coordination of national communications schedule and reporting metrics
  • Day to day support to local marketing teams across the country
  • Coordination with BDO’s Global thought leadership team for implementation of global campaigns
What we’re looking for:
  • Tertiary qualifications in communications, marketing or public relations
  • At least five years’ experience in a similar role (professional services experience will be highly regarded)
  • Ability to develop rapport at all levels and across national and local teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and high level written communication skills
  • Previous experience in coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Can think strategically as well as operate tactically
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and autonomously.
