About the role:
The Marketing & CRM Coordinator will work in the national Clients & Markets team to help embed use of the system across the firm, engaging face-to-face with stakeholders at all levels. This role will design and administer business processes to leverage the system, offer guidance on best practice for use of the database, and assist with reporting and data analysis to track client engagement.
The Marketing & CRM Coordinator will work closely with Legal Administrators to manage the update of contact information, and will administer data management tasks to ensure that the system is kept updated to support our BD strategies. This role will also manage the logistics and delivery of training to existing staff and new starters.
The Marketing & CRM Coordinator has a close working relationships with other colleagues across the Clients & Markets team, as well as IT and external suppliers ensuring timely support across the Firm (CRM database and e-Marketing software).
