With a remit covering business development, strategy and innovation our Clients and Markets team is growing and opportunities have been created for full-time Business Development Coordinators to work in our Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney offices.

The opportunity

As a Business Development Coordinator at Corrs you will work closely with an experienced Portfolio Manager to support a range of practice groups and clients. You will build your understanding of clients and industries through applying your energy and enthusiasm to:

  • Helping to execute and drive the delivery of key strategic initiatives to national practice groups
  • Understanding the important role of tenders and credentials and assisting in their preparation
  • Undertaking research to maintain an awareness of the issues impacting our clients
  • Helping to grow the firm’s brand and market profile through tailored events and digital marketing campaigns

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A willingness to invest in learning about your practice areas and clients
  • A can-do attitude
  • Proven experience within a marketing role and be educated to degree level
  • Strong project management capabilities, including the ability to be outcome orientated and deadline driven
  • Proven business writing skills, including tender writing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to influence
  • A professional and responsive approach to client service where you demonstrate drive and initiative
  • Excellent attention to detail and follow-up skills
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise workload
  • Work well under pressure and be able to operate as part of a team
