One of the most highly regarded engineering design firms globally, our client is a company dedicated to shaping a better world by working across every aspect of the built environment. It is an exciting time to be a part of their journey as they experience unprecedented growth and success.

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Bid Delivery Coordinator or Senior Coordinator to support the bid process for the Transport and Resources sector. Based out of Brisbane, you will be collaborating within teams and across disciplines to generate business throughout Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Singapore.

The right person for this role loves collaborating within teams and across disciplines to produce the best possible work and create meaningful professional connections with clients.

Role responsibilities

  • Coordinate the bid process for small to medium-sized tenders, and support the process for large tenders, including:
    • Bid scheduling
    • Compliance
    • Document production
  • Drive continuous process improvement and success rates within the sector
  • Work with strategy leaders and reviewers to ensure winning strategies are embedded in every tender
  • Liaise and coordinate all key stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of priorities to deadlines
  • Ad-hoc business development tasks such as marketing collateral, thought leadership pieces and client events.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Have an interest in the industry and a passion for winning work
  • Be a confident communicator and influencer, both verbal and written
  • Minimum two years business experience
  • Professional qualification desirable
  • Knowledge of bidding best practice, preferably within a similar field
  • Experience in developing expressions of interest, proposals, reports, capability statements and other relevant documents
  • Excellent numeracy skills essential
  • Microsoft Office Suite 2010
