This role is broader than a typical reactive tendering role as the successful candidate will drive the strategic decision making around bid/no-bid decision making using a sophisticated bid go/no-go framework. The firm aims to create a pursuits focused function, tied to key clients of the firm where this role is responsible for providing strategic advice to partners and client teams around the pursuit lifecycle of a client.
Working closely with a Senior BDM and also BD Director, you will receive genuine support on various pitches of significant value in addition to ongoing professional development. More junior candidates coming in at adviser level can be trained to grow into their first manager level role and more senior candidates can have their skills developed and refined.
