Work closely with partners to implement strategic business and client plans
Develop profile and credibility with internal clients, actively promoting the BD function
Understand the firm’s client base, their businesses and the markets in which they operate
Analyse market, industry, competitor and prospective client research in support of marketing and business development initiatives
Prepare and project manage tender submissions and monitor new business opportunities
Prepare tailored marketing collateral in accordance with brand parameters
Coordinate directory and award submission process
Develop and drive client focused events, with the aim to deepen client relationships and increase revenue.
Required skills and qualifications
A tertiary qualification in a business-related discipline
Experience working in professional services, preferably in a legal or partnership environment
Experience in coordinating the development of tenders/proposals
Highly developed communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail
Ability to prioritise and manage a range of complex tasks in a deadline driven environment
Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
Energy, drive and resilience that will enable you to influence stakeholders and outcomes in a considered manner.
