Dalton Handley has partnered with a highly reputable, world leading and innovative consulting firm to source an experienced, technically savvy and creative Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute the firm’s digital marketing strategy to create a world class digital experience and drive client, market and employee engagement.

Working closely with the global marketing, business development, editorial and IT teams, this role combines creative, technical, administrative and reporting activities.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Generate leads, increase traffic and deepen client engagement and reach, covering paid, owned and earned media
  • Be instrumental in planning and implementing a new global website and blogging platform
  • Optimising the performance of channels and platforms including search engines, social media, email and analytics
  • Working with communications and BD teams, manage digital components of marketing campaigns to maximise new business leads
  • Developing and implementing automated marketing programs, including: segmentation, dynamic content and personalization
  • Have oversight of the firm’s digital publications strategy, process and performance
  • Upskill and coach the communications team to improve digital capabilities
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate and improve ROI of campaigns
  • Analyse performance across all channels and making recommendations for continuous improvement

Required skills and qualifications

  • 5+ years' digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B environment
  • Degree or professional diploma qualified in digital marketing or communications highly regarded
  • Demonstrated ability to execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience managing a website, preferably using Sitecore software
  • Platform experience preferred across SharePoint, WordPress and Eloqua
  • Strong analytics and reporting skills, including SEO experience and Google Analytics
  • Previous use of marketing automation software or similar
  • Understanding persona based user journey mapping across multiple digital channels
  • Strong understanding of, and a passion for digital marketing
  • Project management and time management skills
  • Exhibit a self-starter attitude, and a general excitement and passion
  • Highly collaborative and calm under pressure
  • Be committed to a process of continual improvement
  • Ability to think on their feet and respond to trends
  • Collaborative and high performing
