Our client is looking for an experienced Tender Manager to join their team. Not just any tender role, this role provides the opportunity to advise and consult the business, in addition to managing and coordinating tender responses.
The right person will have a driven, confident and positive approach, and has a passion for creating and managing winning proposals.
Lead on tenders, bids, proposals and capability statements across the business.
Work closely with the BDM on supporting the business in winning work.
Hold the pen, coordinate and manage pitches from start to end.
Consult and advise partner on winning strategies, themes, unique selling proposition, key messaging, pricing and value adds.
Work closely with the wider BD team in bid pipeline management.
Required skills and qualifications
4 years’ business development/marketing and communications experience.
Bachelor’s degree, preferably Marketing, Business, Law or Arts.
Excellent business writing skills and strong communication skills generally.
Strong tender, bid or proposal experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and be flexible to move between multiple projects to tight timeframes.
