A global leader in B2B consulting is looking for two VP- Sales professionals to oversee the development and growth of their book of business, developing and maintaining effective existing relationships with a desired outcome to build revenue and ‘footprint’ in the Australian marketplace. The two roles specialise in:

  • Private Equity
  • Corporate and Professional Services

Role and Responsibilities

  • Growing existing client relationships, who are primarily deal leads and deal execution client professionals, with the purpose to identify opportunities for revenue growth and cross-selling
  • Identifying and bringing on new clients in Australia via a strategic selling lens. Key will be a proven ability to plan and prioritize personal sales and account management activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including sales and revenue growth
  • Plan and hold formal client facing optimisation meetings, as well as one on one client meetings with a view to maintaining and growing the book of business
  • Team-wide collaboration via effective engagement with office wide peers to deepen existing client relationships and identify new revenue opportunities
  • Developing relationships across the industry in Australia.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree minimum
  • Must have 5-8 year proven sales or account management experience in Australia
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial / leadership skills, with clear focus on Sales, revenue growth and business profit
  • Outstanding communication skills and a team player
  • Experience interacting with senior executives.
