We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, organised and approachable BD Coordinator/Advisor who can join this collaborative and high-performing team.

Role responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate business opportunities in the firm offices, including existing work areas and clients, identifying opportunities and promoting cross-selling within the firm.
  • Provide support for overseas travel by Partners, including identifying targets, research and analysis and trip preparation as well as post trip review and reporting.
  • Coordinate firm tenders and presentations.
  • Assist with the debrief of both successful & unsuccessful proposals.
  • Assist and coordinate client relationship initiatives.
  • Coordinate events including venues, invitations, catering, guests’ lists, security, suppliers, set up and take down, attendance, logistics etc.
  • Coordinate sponsorships agreements and the associated benefits and obligations. This includes post sponsorship evaluation.
  • Coordinate marketing and communications material, including attorney profiles, collateral, PowerPoint presentations, website, social media and brand guidelines.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years’ business development experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Intermediate/Advanced InDesign and Photoshop skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms and HTML editing - highly desirable.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Attention to details, excellent writing and proof reading skills.
  • Understanding of marketing concepts and practices including cooperative marketing, brand fundamentals, basic PR, sales techniques, client relationship management, social media etc.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Strong attention to detail & proof-reading skills, both written and aesthetic.
  • An organised approach to work with strong time management skills.
  • Enthusiastic, strong interpersonal skills and collaborative.
