Digital & Graphic Design Executive

As part of a dynamic marketing team, you will support our digital and marketing communications initiatives by delivering a consistent brand experience through creating graphic design solutions to clients and stakeholders across the firm. You will also help with managing the website, social media platforms and coming up with innovative digital solutions to ensure the firm is at the forefront of digital marketing developments. On any given day, you will work with subject matter and domain experts on impactful projects across a variety of media including branded social and digital campaigns, in-depth reports, thought leadership, and other kinds of collateral that tell our brand story. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:


  • Continually post, review and actively manage the website (with news, publications and events) and other online channels
  • Proactively review, repurpose and promote existing content such as news and briefings for different communication channels including social media platforms
  • Data analytics - Monitoring and measuring the results of digital activity by analyzing and reporting on the web statistics
  • Provide creative ideas for new technologies and digital marketing developments and trends
  • Plan, monitor and maintain ongoing company presence on social media
  • Be actively involved in SEO efforts (keyword, image optimization etc.)
  • Designing/updating marketing collateral using InDesign and Adobe Illustrator


  • Bring the latest creative graphic design skills and techniques that inspire our internal and external audiences to take action
  • Work both independently and as part of the marketing team to deliver consistent and effective designs across a variety of marketing collateral, including ads, brochures, charts/infographics, pitch materials, newsletter, fact sheets, and other print and web media
  • Follow all firm and department processes and tools to support different levels of creative needs in a budget-conscious environment
  • Demonstrate strong layout and design skills, acute attention to detail, and self-motivation

Marketing Communications

  • Maintaining brochures, technical guides and other marketing collateral
  • Ensuring internal communications content is promoted through key channels including noticeboards, intranet, and via email to key people.
  • Custodian and brand ambassador of the Deacons corporate identity
  • Project manage video production
  • Managing the digital library
  • Ensuring best practice procedures and guidelines for marketing and corporate communication materials including with respect to LLP compliance, visual identity, PR WIP and press book
