About the role

Deloitte’s infrastructure includes a national Sales Centre of Excellence underpinned by a network of Pursuit Centres of Excellence (PCoE) within individual business units. This role is an internal facing role providing the opportunity to be part of establishing a new Pursuits Centre of Excellence.

We are seeking a passionate sales pursuits and proposals manager to work with professionals to provide prioritisation, advice and support throughout the sales cycle from identification and qualification of opportunities, through development and execution of the pursuit strategy including proposal support.

In this role you will:

  • Help to establish and manage the new Pursuits Centre of Excellence.
  • Support effective pursuit of priority sales opportunities for the firm.
  • Advise and support proposal development for key client opportunities.
  • Leverage successful Pursuit Centre of Excellence models currently operating in other business units.
  • Collaborate with knowledge management to establish a pursuit resources portal.
  • Support programs to up-skill partners and practitioners to improve sales effectiveness through facilitation of internal development programs and targeted coaching initiatives.
  • Manage a Pursuits Coordinator, and work closely with marketing communications and business development teams to draw on additional skills when required to support pursuits and proposals.

Ideally you will have at least 5 years of experience in enterprise sales support in a Professional Services environment, but we value diversity, recognise talent and have a range of roles currently available. So if you have a track record of working with sales teams and winning proposals we’d like to talk to you.
