About the role:

As a key player in the firm’s Sales Centre of Excellence you will work as a sales coach to execute the firm’s Clients, Industries and Markets strategy. The team’s remit is to embed a client centric sales culture through sales coaching, sales management, capability development and sales enablement.

The remit of the role includes:

  • Coaching senior leaders in the firm to identify qualify and execute on their sales strategies.

  • Coach senior partners through the sales cycle on the firm’s most important opportunities to win - by facilitating workshops, targeted interventions and the development and execution of competitive sales strategies.
  • Creation of sales enablement tools and processes to drive the client centric sales culture.
  • Delivery of sales capability programs.
  • Be an independent integrator of capability to develop solutions to help our clients succeed.

About you:

To be successful in this role you must be an experienced and confident sales professional with proven experience in enterprise level sales and a strong track record of leading and developing others.

You must also have the ability to manage senior stakeholders in a large complex environment. The ideal candidate will take great satisfaction in helping others succeed and win.
