About the role:

Dentons Australia is on the search for an enthusiastic business development professional that is interested in driving their career forward with a global brand.

We are looking for an experienced Coordinator that can provide integral support to a high performing and collaborative business development team across firm wide client and practice business development initiatives.

Some of your duties will include:

Business Development

  • Business development support for business units – including team meetings, responding to ad hoc requests and execution of projects as required.
  • Assistance with key client and business unit planning initiatives.
  • Coordination of content for legal directories and awards.
  • Development and drafting of market facing documents (including capability statements, ad-hoc collateral, CVs, team charts and other materials as required).

Tenders

  • Co-ordination of tenders and capability statements including liaising with legal staff for content.
  • Assist in the development of tender content via drafting and compilation of information.

Awards & Surveys

  • Support Marketing and Business Development team members with Legal Directory and Award submissions.
  • Work autonomously with stakeholders to develop content for awards & surveys.

BD Administration

  • Management and maintenance of firm wide CVs, proposals, tenders and capability statements.
  • Market research and analysis.
  • Liaise with Finance team to provide relevant financial information for internal meetings, client reports and production of tenders.

Client Account Administration

  • Support on key client business planning including maintaining and updating of key client plans.
  • Assist client teams with marketing collateral.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and PowerPoint skills
  • 3+ year(s) experience, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Tertiary qualification in business, commerce, marketing or relevant degree.
