We are currently looking to recruit a Business Development Director / Pursuit Leader who will be responsible for leading all aspects of our growth strategy for multiple industry verticals across Australia and New Zealand. You will play a key role in future business generation by identifying new business opportunities through networking within the industries.
The Business Development Director/ Pursuit Leader will focus on a defined list of prospect targets that fits with the firm's strategic direction, as well as a select number of existing accounts where there is significant potential for additional revenue expansion. Additionally, the Business Development Director/ Pursuit Leader will work closely with local office partners to align business development efforts to target account lists and office priorities/initiatives.
This position can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.
You have a successful track history in business development with proven success in a similar role selling professional services preferably in a Big 4 or national firm environment.
You have extensive experience leading complex sales processes that involve multiple team members and decision makers.
