FTI Consulting is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join the Marketing & Business Development team to provide a wide range of design support helping FTI Consulting position ourselves as a leading business advisory firm.
The Graphic Designer will provide day-to-day design support to all segments and practices across our Asia offices. The Graphic Designer will work directly with members of the Marketing team on individual projects, reporting to the Head of Marketing and Business Development in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities will include design and production of marketing materials, infographics/ video templates for other FTI professionals. These consist of brochures, presentations, and proposals; delivered as PDFs or PowerPoint presentations. Most of this work is done using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft PowerPoint, supported by Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
We are open to ideas of how we can use design to help position our key messages and unique proposition in our materials.
Use global style guidelines to provide design pitch decks, one-pagers, and other marketing collateral to support all segments and practices at FTI in Asia.
Ensure client-facing materials across all departments follow brand guidelines.
Develop and maintain a consistent brand image, identity and guidelines across divisions ensure branding is consistently upheld throughout all materials.
Diploma or above in multimedia / graphic design or related disciplines.
2–4 years’ experience in graphic design.
Proficient in design software – Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat on a PC platform.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite especially PowerPoint and Word
Strong design sense, creative, independent and responsible.
Possess a good design “flair”, a broad thinker and able to offer a variety of design solutions.
Ability to work on several projects at once under tight deadlines, with strong attention to detail
Knowledge in video and photography production is a plus.
Fluent in speaking English, Cantonese and/or Chinese and good command in written English and Chinese.
Comfort working both independently and collaboratively as needed.
Good communication skills, self-motivated, responsible and willingness to learn and adapt.
