About The Role

The Marketing Manager will work with the segments to ensure marketing priorities are understood and executed in line with strategy. The Marketing Manager will undertake full campaign execution for the segment and build a great understanding of the offerings and solutions they can provide, and the best way to articulate and sell those offerings in the key markets. They will bring concepts to fruition whilst aligning to global branding and local procedures.

This will be a part-time role (4 days per week).

You will be supporting the following business segments in Australia:

  • Strategic Communications
  • Economic & Financial Consulting

What You'll Do

  • Working with internal stakeholders and external agencies you will produce, maintain and publish marketing materials including brochures, collaterals, thought leadership, videos, presentations, case studies, service offerings and bios
  • Dedicated assistance in business development efforts including research, logistics, strategy and planning; and providing client centric go-to-market tools and materials
  • Promote cross selling and provide content as requested for cross-practice pitches and tenders. Manage relationships with external affiliates / partnerships and sponsorships to ensure ROI
  • Establish marketing plans, goals, strategy and budgets with segment heads to align to business priorities
  • National event management at conceptual level, including oversight on costs, with local support for execution
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness in national marketing pipelines for all initiatives and social posts

  • You will have the opportunity to supervise team members and work closely with stakeholders in each business segment to identify opportunities for content development and brand growth
  • You will have exposure to a large consulting firm environment and be able to implement process improvement strategies

Qualifications & Experience

  • Tertiary qualified with professional services marketing background of 7 years
  • Excellent command of written and verbal English
  • Strong people management skills, including excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to spot areas of improvement and bring new ideas to the table
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
