You have an excellent understanding of communications theory and its practical implementation, including professional services social media marketing. You are a proactive, service-oriented individual with a tertiary degree in communication / public relations / journalism (or similar) and demonstrated success in a professional services or business-to-business BDM environment.
Working alongside high-performing colleagues, you have the ability to switch between detail and the bigger picture, and have experience working with and influencing senior stakeholders for strategic business outcomes. You write clearly, concisely and to a high standard – with an excellent grasp of grammar and punctuation, and demonstrated high attention to detail and accuracy. You have the ability to deal directly with clients and client representatives, and effectively interact with peers and internal clients. You have excellent organisational and project management skills.
An excellent working knowledge and understanding of the following will be critical to your success in applying for the role:
Reporting to and working closely with the Head of BDM, you will be responsible for marketing and enhancing the profile of the firm. This role will focus on the preparation and delivery of high quality content in line with the firm’s key messaging and across number of different channels.
Whilst the day-to-day responsibilities will vary, you will be expected to proactively source and develop engaging content for profiling the firm, and ensure that this content is promoted via the appropriate channels to achieve maximum exposure. You will drive and implement the firm's integrated communication strategy, including actioning functional marketing communication activities to meet the firm’s objectives, enhance brand awareness and effectively manage certain marketing functional activities.
The annual salary package is up to $85,000 including super.
