Clients and Markets Business Partner

This is a rare opportunity to for a candidate to join our high performing Marketing and Business Development team in a part-time (3 days a week) position.

Working with the Marketing and Business Development Manager, Western Australia (WA), this position will see you involved in the following:

  • Oversight of the WA Client Relationship Management (CRM) program to further raise the profile and performance of the program
  • Provide measurement and reporting on the CRM program
  • Deliver programs as part of the strategy to enhance client service and client experience
  • Work with Relationship Managers on strategic business development and marketing initiatives
  • Provide coaching and training for relationship managers on best practice CRM skills and approaches
  • Develop and implement various strategic marketing campaigns for growth areas of the business, working with the Marketing & BD Manager
  • Provide internal communications related to the CRM program

What you will bring to the team

  • Experience in business development and relationship management in a professional services company
  • Strong business acumen and organisational skills, including an ability to manage multiple, competing priorities
  • Experience in writing and crafting marketing messages for marketing campaigns, proposals and internal communications
  • Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to communicate complex issues concisely
  • Relevant tertiary qualification, with more than 5 years of relevant experience.
