About the role and team

We have an opportunity for a Client Systems Co-ordinator to join our Business Development, Marketing & Communications team.

Reporting to the Client Systems Manager, this role will support the firm’s Client Experience Program, with a focus on the processes and systems required to ensure the firm is providing the best experience to clients.

This role will also be responsible for the Hall & Wilcox Client Listening Program and supports the firm’s CRM, InterAction.


  • Maintain the CRM database (InterAction).
  • Work with the Finance team on billing requirements for top clients.
  • Create and maintain top client intranet pages.
  • Coordinate fortnightly client on-boarding process.
  • Work with Relationship Leads on client reporting.
  • Work with Relationship Leads to coordinate new client billing processes.
  • Fortnightly matter survey distribution.
  • Provide research and background information for client reviews.
  • Quarterly reporting of the Client Listening Program.

Skills and experience

  • Degree in Marketing or Business related qualification.
  • Experience in business planning, account management and tender processes.
  • Understanding of how law firms operate, the legal market and the buying behaviours of law firm clients.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multi task and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proactive and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work autonomously and interact in a team environment.
