The Role

Drive the success of our Sydney or Melbourne Studio as an integral part of our leadership and Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for strategically driving engagement with key targets and clients, the intelligent pursuit of opportunities and the design of persuasive pitches that demonstrate real client value.

About the role

You will work closely with our Business Development and leadership teams from identification of opportunities to planning and driving the execution of the pursuit strategy for high profile design projects.

You will work closely with your Business Development colleagues to help drive a winning team culture. This will include key account management responsibilities, industry engagement and profiling activities with a focus on knowledge leadership.

Key to the success in this role will be your strong professional presence and demonstrated ability to build solid relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic pursuit planning and bid delivery
  • Business planning, research and reporting
  • Facilitate sessions to help support winning work conversion
  • Pipeline opportunity management
  • Key client account planning
  • Industry connection

About you

You will be degree qualified in a business development, marketing, or design profession and have a minimum of 8 years of relevant industry or professional services experience. You must also be capable of working closely with all levels of leadership, with a high degree of personal energy, maturity and initiative, and have excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail. The ability to build client relationships and work in a collaborative environment is essential.
