The Opportunity

We are seeking a Marketing Insights Lead to join our BD team on a 12 month maximum term contract. You’ll be joining at an exciting time of change as we undergo a transformation to improve our analytical capabilities and embed a data-driven culture. You will take the lead driving the Marketing Insights and Automation team’s strategic project pipeline, and managing five team members globally.

In this interesting and varied role, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading our marketing data integration strategy to establish our analytics platform and drive meaningful insights from data
  • Optimising our market technology and systems to advance our marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Collaborating with our global digital team to manage our web development and maintenance
  • Managing and developing a high performing team

Skills, Experience & Qualification

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 10+ years of demonstrated ability in business/marketing data analytics and intelligence, digital marketing
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Statistics, or related field
  • Management experience, leading direct reports or virtual teams
  • A deep understanding of digital marketing measurements including web, social and crm analytics.
  • Experience managing a global CRM in a complex organisational structure, ideally experience in Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics or InterAction.
  • Experience analysing large amounts of data using tools including MS Excel, PowerBI and others
  • Experience collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing input from multiple sources including CRM analytics and marketing/media performance
  • Experience in data visualisation and automation
  • Hands on experience working with website CMS and email marketing platforms

Our Business development team works alongside our partners and lawyers across our sectors, services and offices to support and develop our relationships with clients, delivering an exceptional service and exploring new avenues through which we can help them meet their business needs. Our brand, marketing and digital team help position us as thought leaders amongst our target markets in the areas we most want to be known for, by creating intuitive and engaging collateral, events and campaigns.

As part of the business development team, you will play a hands-on role in contributing to the firm’s success and helping to achieve its objectives. This could be as one of our business development professionals, coaching partners on relationship building, or building our brand as one of our marketing, design or events professionals.
