Summary of Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Coordinator, Business Development & Communications is responsible for supporting the business development efforts of the Singapore office, including but not limited to events planning and execution, industry and target research, distribution of Firm publications, assistance with proposals, and arrangements for client-related entertainment.
The Coordinator, Business Development & Communications reports directly to the Regional Manager, Business Development & Communications and Firm Associate Director, Business Development & Communications, where applicable. In performing this role, the Coordinator, Business Development & Communications is expected to demonstrate initiative, set priorities, ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments, and comply with Firm policies and procedures.
The Coordinator, Business Development & Communications is also expected to assist in other BD-related functions, including for example helping with tracking of client interactions and client targeting, and with the preparation of internal BD-related documents (such as slide decks for internal BD-related meetings). The Coordinator, Business Development & Communications is expected to perform all job duties with a commitment to producing quality work product as part of a global team.
