About the role
As part of the Australian Business Development & Marketing team, this role is focused on developing and executing the business development strategy for the Canberra centre (including the Commonwealth Government). The role will contribute to the firm’s Business Development strategy to execute against profitable growth opportunities by applying strategic business development, client account leadership, relationship building, market insight and brand enhancing skills.
You will be supported by a well-respected and highly collaborative National Business Development & Marketing team, and have responsibility for leading and mentoring the business development team in Canberra and at least one of the firm’s strategic or growth client relationships, plus supporting at least one of the firm’s sector strategies.

What experience are we looking for?
Candidates should have a minimum of 7 years’ experience with a demonstrated track record of success in leading business development teams within a corporate, professional services or related organisation.
