This is a genuinely strategic team leadership role at one of Australia's leading corporate powerhouses. The firm has excelled in employee care and support over the last 12 month and hybrid working is now the norm. You will work closely with partners, lawyers and the BD & Marketing teams to drive the firm's M&A and Capital Markets practice. You will be able to bring fresh ideas, generate leads, solve problems, manage and execute high value pursuits and drive forward growth initiatives aligned to practice strategy. Team management, mentoring and coaching will be important. We are happy to consider applications from candidates wanting to work 4 days per week.

Ideal Candidate

• Proven success in driving strategy in a professional services environment
• Strong track record of coaching stakeholders to implement strategy and priorities
• Experience in driving BD initiatives to support revenue growth
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Strong people management skills and experience of team mentoring/coaching
• Experience of working closely with internal marketing communications teams
• Commercially astute
