Marketing & Submissions Coordinator

LCI is seeking a Marketing & Submissions Coordinator for our Melbourne office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Write, coordinate and edit proposals and tender submissions using Word and InDesign
  • Graphic design
  • Liaise with in-house engineers to design, edit and format reports and Powerpoint presentations
  • Provide occasional marketing support to LCI marketing teams Australia-wide
  • Devise and implement marketing strategies
  • Update and maintain knowledge library and image resources
  • Assist in creating and publishing social media content

Skills & Experience

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within the building industry
  • Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, PhotoShop and Illustrator
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Exceptional communications skills, both written and verbal
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to create and maintain organised systems
  • Ability to manage and meet multiple non-negotiable deadlines
