About the Role
Our Shared Services teams are pivotal to our success. They work closely with our lawyers to help deliver an outstanding level of service to our Australian and international clients. Our Business Development, Communications and Marketing (BCM) team is a key team within our Shared Services function, that partners with the legal teams to win work and build strong client relationships.
The continuing growth of our Canberra office and the increasing growth and importance of our Commonwealth sector means we have a new opportunity for a Bid & Pursuits Executive to join our Canberra office, reporting to the Business Development Manager. You will work closely with our partners and lawyers, along with our Canberra-based Business Development Executive, to write and co-ordinate tenders, bids and legal directory submissions. Furthermore, you will be able to utilise your creativity and ideas for how we can best present our bid and tender information along with supporting wider business development initiatives across the firm.
You will be joining a high-performing firm with a reputation for excellence in culture and legal services quality. This role will also give you the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge of the legal industry and further develop your business development skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
To be successful in this role you will be comfortable working with senior practitioners and have demonstrated experience in writing tenders and bids either within a professional services firm environment, or in the government sector. You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, be self-motivated and confident. Furthermore, you will have the following skills and experience:
