National Marketing Manager - Maternity Leave Contract

This is a true marketing generalist role working across all levels of this growing organisation providing strategic direction and leadership on all aspects of the marketing strategy.

Duties will include:

  • Develop, drive and execute an integrated multi-channel group strategy.
  • Lead and manage a team of 3 marketing consultants on the development, execution and optimisation of campaigns across all funnel stages
  • Perform ongoing business and competitive analyses
  • Develop and create compelling content and messaging for use across digital, website, social and traditional
  • Oversee and drive paid and organise digital and social activity ensuring success and high rates of return on digital marketing investment
  • Implement local area marketing strategies
  • Manage company website
  • Project lead and schedule cross functional lead general initiatives
  • Oversee business activities, lots of events and information roadshows
  • Develop presentations and key selling materials to support local and regional sales
  • Brief agencies and suppliers on requirements to ensure consistency
  • Brand management activities, leadership and coaching and more!

Reporting to the CEO you will be degree qualified and ideally possess experience in property or retail. It goes without saying you will have experience in strategic planning, good execution and delivery of KPI’s.

Demonstrated experience in both traditional and digital marketing

Proven record of tactical marketing initiatives, content, communications, leveraging research insights and brand management. Superior management and leadership skills are key. You will be rewarded with a very competitive salary and be part of this extremely dynamic leadership team.
