The Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a Bid Leader to work in either their Sydney or Melbourne office on a 12-month contract.

You will be responsible for:

  • Establishing a centralized team with the emphasis on developing templates and enhancing automation to enable best practice and account management;
  • Provide standardized knowledge assets to support firm-wide efforts, including case studies, credentials and records;
  • Provided centralized assistance to the teams;
  • Oversee and establish a team of proposal specialists who manage the firm’s proposals and bids
  • Refine existing pricing centre to support all aspects of retaining and winning key clients.


To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum 8 years in a similar role and experience in implementing change and enhancing efficiencies. Experience in innovation and change utilizing technology; results orientated with the ability to lead and develop high performing teams.
