Position Overview

Provide administrative and operational support to assist in executing the marketing strategy. You will play a key role in delivering high quality and innovative support to the business.

Key Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor degree in marketing or related field
  •  1-2 years of experience in marketing preferable
  •  Strong technical skills in the Microsoft Office suite of products

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth coordination of marketing activities
  • Provide a high level of administrative support to team members on a range of projects including but not limited to the CRM, website, intranet, events and webinars
  • Point of liaison between local offices and Marketing fielding for all general enquiries
  • Data entry, research and analysis on key projects or initiatives
  • Ensure compliance of brand guidelines and assist in the development and distribution of marketing material and merchandise
  • Manage the coordination of initiatives such as photos, images and CV libraries
