The firm

The global law firm is known for its highly dynamic environment and for providing its employees with exceptional career development opportunities and training, as well as the excellence of its high performing team.   We have a truly exciting opportunity for two commercially astute, experienced and energetic BD Coordinators to take the next step in their career, step into their BD Advisor role and help the firm achieve its growth objectives.   

The position

This role represents a fabulous balance of keen commercial nous and operational flair  to effectively help manage the marketing and BD function in conjunction with other members of the team.    The role will see the successful candidate work on a variety of different projects including client relationship management and planning, BD and marketing planning, tender and bid management and marketing communications. 

The candidate

You will need excellent influencing skills (both internal and external), the ability to work effectively within a partnership structure and extremely well developed project management skills.  In addition, an informed commercial approach, good analytical flair, very sound attention to detail and, of course, the ability to recognize, prioritise and work with conflicting deadlines with a keen sense of urgency is critical.  The focus of the roles is real estate and infrastructure respectively and experience in these areas, whilst an advantage, is not critical.

Tertiary qualifications are essential, as is experience working in a sophisticated B2B services environment and time spent in the  accounting or legal industries in a business development or marketing role will be very highly regarded.
