We are working exclusively with this national law firm. They are looking for an experienced, energetic, creative and talented Business Development Manager to help develop one of their key business units around marketing and business development initiatives to help drive growth within the firm’s client base and beyond. The marketing and BD team is regarded as one of the most supportive, deeply experienced and high performing in the industry.
Reporting directly to one of the senior stakeholders, you will thrive in a fast paced environment where quality of output is essential, where people are able to develop their skills and have their ideas listened to and where you will experience a culture which is second to none.

To succeed in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, fabulous stakeholder management, attention to detail and superb client service skills, as well as excellent strategic thinking, ability to generate and communicate your ideas and implement them well.
You will be able to execute outstanding marketing communication pieces through a variety of media, understand and contribute effectively to the BD and marketing imperatives and outcomes for the organisation and have the ability to think both strategically and creatively.
Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (eg law, marketing or business) is mandatory, and experience working within a professional services environment, particularly legal, will be most highly regarded.
