The Firm

This national firm is looking for an experienced, energetic, creative and talented Business Development Manager to help grow and develop the firm with key marketing and business development initiatives within the firm’s client base and beyond. The marketing and BD team is regarded as one of the most supportive, deeply experienced and high performing in the industry.

The Role

Reporting directly to the Head of BD and Marketing, you will thrive in a fast paced environment where quality of output is essential, where people are able to develop their skills and have their ideas listened to and where you will experience a culture which is second to none.

The Candidate

These tremendous opportunities to manage the business development and marketing function and beyond don’t come around every day, particularly in such a dynamic and forward thinking environment. To succeed in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate strong organisational skills, fabulous stakeholder management, attention to detail and superb client service skills, as well as excellent strategic thinking, ability to generate and communicate your ideas and implement them well.

You will be able to execute outstanding marketing communication pieces through a variety of media, understand and contribute effectively to the BD and marketing imperatives and outcomes for the organisation and have the ability to think both strategically and creatively.

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (eg law, marketing or business) is mandatory, and experience working within a professional services environment, particularly legal, will be most highly regarded.
