The Head of Communications role will be instrumental in driving the firm’s media relations, marketing communications, internal communications and brand building program. You will advise on and manage liaison with the appropriate channels for profiling reputation and expertise and work in concert with multiple practice and service teams to reach target audiences with clear, consistent and positive key messages through a variety of communication channels.
Essential to winning this role will be the ability to work effectively, often with multiple stakeholders and with tight deadlines and sometimes conflicting priorities. You will be adept at managing many different projects, as well as having the ability to manage delegated authority whilst maintaining effective communication across the firm. You will lead a small team of talented and experienced Advisors.
A degree in marketing/communications or similar is mandatory, a postgraduate qualification would be very highly regarded and experience within the professional services sector is preferred. In addition, you will have highly developed leadership and team player skills, a high degree of proactivity and problem-solving ability and be able to communicate complex/sensitive issues to a broad audience.
