This global law firm is renowned for providing legal services to the worlds’ leading corporations, institutions and governments with pre-eminent legal advice and leading-edge solutions. They recognise that attracting and retaining the best people is paramount in being able to deliver exemplary service to their clients. Their reputation as an award winning firm of choice demonstrates this.
The firm’s Content and Campaigns team is embarking on an exciting journey to provide more strategic support to the partners including the creation of actionable insights from the variety of data technology platforms and this role is key to making that happen. As our Marketing Analyst, you’ll develop bespoke and self-service reports, define new data capturing processes and roll these out to the firm, with production and delivery of guides and training. You will have experience in CRM and Interaction in particular, and will be a champion of the CRM database quality. In addition, client reporting and market analysis will be pivotal dimensions of the role, which will see you liaise with the marketing, IT and practice management areas, as well as key business units of the firm.
You will have at least 12 months experience in a similar role in a sophisticated B2B environment, and professional services would be highly regarded, but is not essential. A relevant business degree with a focus on marketing is essential, as are advanced quantitative analysis skills. In addition, exposure to, or a willingness to learn VBA, SQL or other query language and data mining tools would be advantageous.
