Our Business Development team
Our national Business Development team at Minter Ellison is a high performing and critical component of the law firm and essential to the firm's success. The Business Development team supports the partnership by providing the full spectrum of business development and marketing services to ensure the firm develops and maintains strong relationships with new and existing clients.
The Proposal Management and Production unit is responsible for managing the creation and submission of the firm's pitches and proposals.
An opportunity has opened in the Business Development team for a nationally focused Proposal Coordinator operating from the Melbourne or Sydney office. This role will report into the Proposal Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to move into professional services and is focused on career progression. Alternatively, you may already have communications experience and be looking for a new challenge. You will gain an introduction to a law firm and business development, exposure to multiple practice areas and experience developing proposals for high profile projects and clients. In this role you will be working as part of a national proposals team, within the Client Market Growth team, to drive best practice proposal management and production.
